Is that the place in Chelsea?
It’s a place called Rice to Riches — looked like yer basic ice cream shoppe, but with rice pudding instead. The one I saw was on Spring St., somewhere around Mulberry, I think? (Definitely between Broadway and Bowery, since that’s the direction I was heading from/to.) But it also looked chain-ish, so maybe there’s another one in Chelsea.
I mean to stop in soon. I’m not even a huge rice pudding fan, but a place with a sign like that has earned my patronage.
